New Flexfone integration

Customer support happens across multiple channels, and the only way to have an overview and give your customers a coherent and great experience, is to unify it all in one place.

New Flexfone integration That’s why we’re excited to release the newest product update that integrates Flexfone’s B2B call solution with Herodesk.

Flexfone is implemented as a channel, and like our other channels, it’s a way that messages go in and out of Herodesk. But because Flexfone is call-based, it works a bit differently:

  • When you receive a call on either of your phones (softphone, smartphone, physical phone), a new pop-up appears in Herodesk.
  • We’ve mapped the incoming call number to a contact in Herodesk, so you can choose to open contact details or start a new conversation.
  • When starting a new conversation, you can instantly see the customers' orders in your webshop and choose between sending them an e-mail response (maybe a follow-up?) or just leaving an internal note for later.


When using Flexfone, clicking any phone number in Herodesk will initiate a call.

The new Flexfone integration is available for all Herodesk Plus customers.
