We sell "Do-It-Yourself" jewelry components for jewelry making in real silver and other nickel-free materials.


What is the goal of your company?

We aim to help all like-minded creative souls easily obtain the materials they need to create their own personalized jewelry.


Why did you choose Herodesk?

To consolidate customer service from email and social media in one place. Previously, I often found myself receiving a message on platforms like Instagram. While I was about to respond, I would be interrupted by a customer in the store or another question, and then I would forget the message! It was quite stressful not to have a complete overview. I have solved this with Herodesk, where everything is now consolidated in one place, and I know that I only need to worry about answering those who have messaged us.


What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

My favorite feature is that it is easy for me to see all customers awaiting a response and quickly provide them with an answer, regardless of the platform they used to contact us.
