What does your company do?

As part of the larger global company 3L Office, T3Lshop is our online B2C division. Our webshop focuses on storage and organization solutions for both homes and workplaces.

T3Lshop specializes in physical media storage, offering customers up to 70% space savings by replacing traditional DVD cases with plastic sleeves that hold both the disc and its original cover—combining functionality with aesthetics.

We also offer premium accessories such as binders and storage boxes, which, together with the sleeves, create an organized and presentable film, music, or gaming collection.

Additionally, we have had great success with our pastel-colored folders and zip pouches, ideal for home, travel, and office organization. These are especially popular among businesses and organizations, where their stylish colors provide a beautiful and practical storage solution for physical items like invoices, contracts, drawings, and more.

What is the goal of your company?

T3Lshop aims to preserve physical traditions in an increasingly digital world. We believe there will always be a need to hold something tangible, as seen in the growing interest in vinyl record collections.

For 3L Office and T3Lshop, our goal is to become a leading brand in LEAN organization, focusing on efficiency, accessibility, and waste reduction. We strive to help businesses and individuals with signage, organization, and sustainable choices.

Compared to other platforms, Herodesk is optimized for responsive web design, allowing users to work efficiently without unnecessary clutter.

One of the biggest advantages is integration—for example, the chat function recognizes customer emails and can display their order details directly within Herodesk. This is incredibly useful for customer inquiries and spam filtering.

Herodesk also has great development potential, and we have tested its upcoming translation feature, which automatically translates and sends responses in the customer’s language. This is a huge advantage for us as a global company, since not all customers are comfortable communicating in English.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

It’s great that emails arrive instantly in Herodesk without unnecessary delays—especially when testing and updating signatures.

However, the integration with our webshop is the most valuable feature, as it allows us to view all order details directly in Herodesk!
