What does your company do?

Plantepakken delivers green plants from Danish nurseries as gifts, instead of, for example, a bouquet of cut flowers or wine. Our plant packages always come with a beautiful personalized greeting with a logo/design, care instructions, and a pot. We deliver to businesses and private customers throughout Denmark.

What is the goal of your company?

The goal of Plantepakken is to be the preferred supplier of employee gifts for Northern European companies and to be the go-to brand for Danish consumers when they want to send a green greeting to someone they care about. 🪴💚

Why did you choose Herodesk?

We chose Herodesk because we found ourselves in a situation where we had grown significantly, leading to an increase in inquiries from both existing and new customers via email. We were handling support the traditional way through Outlook, with multiple people involved. Now, everyone can see whether a customer has been responded to, all from an easy and clear overview—where, thanks to the WooCommerce integration, we can also quickly open orders directly in Herodesk. Additionally, we also chose Herodesk for its Live Chat feature, which many customers use to get quick answers while they are in a buying situation and have questions.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

My favorite feature is definitely “Smart Folders” and the (almost) unlimited possibilities that “Rules” offer us in sorting emails into the right folders, ensuring we don’t miss orders or other specific customer support inquiries.

Our daily work has become easier because Herodesk provides a better overview of ongoing inquiries, allowing us to work together to respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
