What does your company do?

We primarily sell smoking equipment in connection with cannabis, if it is highhouse.dk to be linked to, otherwise we sell aroma experience at mooe.dk.

What is the goal of your company?

The goal of HighHouse.dk is to be the leading supplier of quality smoking and growing equipment for cannabis users.

We want to offer our customers the latest and greatest products on the market, delivered quickly, safely and discreetly, while ensuring an easy and satisfying shopping experience.

We are committed to expanding our reach across Europe and becoming a recognized name in our industry. Since our start in 2012, we have been driven by passion, innovation and an ambition to give our customers the best.

Why did you choose Herodesk?

We opted out of Zendesk and chose Herodesk instead.

One of the reasons was to get a simpler system that finally just worked for what we expect from a support system.

Besides that, it has also made a big difference to our budget for customer support.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

It is definitely the very deep integrations to e.g. WooCommerce and Smartpack (we’re switching to Smartpack and looking forward to the features that come with this from Herodesk).

They work much better than Zendesk.

We also use a lot of reports, which are simpler and better structured compared to Zendesk.

How does Herodesk make your daily life easier?
