What does your company do?

We are an online retailer that resells allergy-friendly products through our webshop www.astmaallergishoppen.dk.
We sell non-medical products for people with asthma, allergies, eczema, or those who want to take preventive measures. Our product range includes allergy-friendly duvets, pillows, bedding, mattresses, and dust mite covers.

We also offer vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners specifically suited for allergy sufferers, as well as various products for improving indoor air quality—air purifiers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and more.

What is the goal of your company?

Our goal is to ensure that everyone in Denmark with allergies or asthma knows about our shop.
We exist to minimize allergy and asthma symptoms—both for private customers and in the workplace.

 

Why did you choose Herodesk?

We had started receiving a large number of customer inquiries, and it was becoming completely unmanageable to run support from a regular inbox—especially for ongoing cases that required multiple people to be involved.
