What's it like working for us?

We prioritise a calm work environment that allows us to focus on our jobs without constantly being distracted and interrupted.

We want to give you the freedom, tools, trust and support you need to do some of the best work in your career with us.

We use OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to set clear goals, and our online project management is a source of truth on projects and tasks.

We believe in an asynchronous way of working, so we have as few meetings, e-mails, and (especially) DMs as possible. Instead, we value long-form writing to support our work.

We do regular check-ins to coordinate and align, but other than that, we strive to create an environment that lets us do as much as possible in a 40-hour workweek.
