The customers’ orders are automatically imported from your SmartPack WMS, based on the customers’ e-mail.
Each SmartPack WMS widget in Herodesk is associated with a single SmartPack Customer Account. If you have multiple, you can install them for free.
All tracking codes for each order are easily available, regardless of how many parcels have been shipped.
