Our SmartPack widget automatically finds your customers orders and displays them in Herodesk, including all details about each ordered item, it’s availability, stock count, order tracking codes etc.

Using artificial intelligence (AI), we can identify inquiries where the customer wants to change, cancel, or prioritize an order.
With the integration to SmartPack, Herodesk can, both automatically or manually:
- Pause order
- Resume order
- Prioritize order
This ensures that the most important packages are sent first, while those that need to be changed or canceled are held back.

Automatic order lookup
The customers' orders are automatically imported from your SmartPack WMS, based on the customers e-mail.
Multiple locations
Each SmartPack WMS widget in Herodesk is bound to one SmartPack Customer Account. If you have multiple, you can install them for free.
Tracking codes
All tracking codes for each order is easily available, regardless of how many parcels has been shipped.
Stock Status
See the current stock status for each item on each order.
Native integration
The SmartPack WMS widget has direct links to each order in SmartPack.
