This integration is designed for all e-commerce merchants that utilise the Smartpack warehouse management system.

A warehouse management system has many details about an order that’s not available in your e-commerce platform.

Our SmartPack widget automatically finds your customers’ orders and displays them in Herodesk, including all details about each ordered item, its availability, stock count, order tracking codes, etc.

The SmartPack WMS widget gives you full insight into all your customers’ orders directly from Herodesk. This includes details such as:

  • Order Status
  • Tracking codes & links
  • Availability of each item on the order

Prioritise orders with AI

Using artificial intelligence (AI), we can identify inquiries where the customer wants to change, cancel, or prioritise an order.

With the integration to SmartPack, Herodesk can, both automatically or manually:

  • Pause order
  • Resume order
  • Prioritize order

This ensures that the most important packages are sent first, while those that need to be changed or cancelled are held back.

Yes! Send us your latest invoice from the other provider. We will give you Herodesk Plus free of charge for the period you’ve already pre-paid with the other provider. Afterwards, you will pay for Herodesk as per our regular pricing and terms.
