In addition to data from your webshop system, this integration also allows you to view details from PeakWMS directly in Herodesk.
The integration automatically identifies your customers’ orders and displays all details about ordered items, their availability, remaining stock, inventory count, tracking codes, and more.

The PeakWMS widget retrieves and displays all your customers' orders directly in Herodesk. This includes details such as:

- Tracking codes & links
- Stock status for each item on the order
Automatic prioritization with AI
Using artificial intelligence (AI), we can analyze customer inquiries in Herodesk to identify if a customer wants to change, cancel, or prioritize an order.
With the integration to PeakWMS, Herodesk can, both automatically or manually:
- Pause order
- Resume order
- Prioritize order
This ensures that the most important packages are sent first, while those that need to be changed or canceled are held back.
