We’re excited to welcome Jakob as the newest member of the Herodesk team, joining us as our Customer Success Manager.
As Herodesk grows, so does the importance of giving every customer a smooth and supportive experience — from onboarding to daily use of our features and AI Agents. With more companies joining the platform every week, expanding our Customer Success team was the natural next step.
Why Jakob
Jakob originally connected with us during our first Customer Success hiring round. Even though we hired Sara back then (something we’re still thrilled about!), he left a clear impression as someone who would be a great fit for Herodesk. When planning our 2026 team, he quickly became our first choice — and we’re glad the timing aligned.
What Jakob Will Focus On
After onboarding, Jakob will take on key responsibilities such as:

Helping new customers get started

Handling support inquiries

Guiding customers on best practices

Working with our AI Agents and automation tools
He has a strong background in e-commerce on both sides of the table, as webshop manager and customer success manager of other adjacent e-commerce tools; this experience will help many in the future.
His role is centered around one goal: ensuring every Herodesk customer gets a best-in-class experience.
