Pipedrive is one of the most popular CRM tools in the world. With this new integration, your contact, deal, and activity information from Pipedrive will be easily available in Herodesk.

The purpose of our widgets is to connect the tools you’re using daily with Herodesk: Your customer service center.

Our new integration with Pipedrive connects your Pipedrive to Herodesk. When you open a conversation in Herodesk, the new widget will show:

  • Contact details from Pipedrive
  • All deals, including status and details
  • All upcoming activities with the contact
  • Deep-link to the contact, deals and activities in Pipedrive, that opens them up in a new window

This integration connects sales with customer service, keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring that full insight into all details about your customers.

The new Pipedrive integration is free to use for all Herodesk Free and Herodesk plus customers.
