And if the order has not been shipped yet, you can update order priority, order hold, and order release directly from Herodesk.

With our PeakWMS integration, your customer service team can quickly:
See all details about a customer’s orders, including track and trace, product availability, expected delivery date, etc..
This makes it easy to help the customers with their order delivery questions.
Update order priority or status in PeakWMS, directly from Herodesk.
If the customer asks for quick delivery, you can set their order to priority 1.
If they want to change their order before it’s shipped, you can put it on hold.
All of this is done directly from Herodesk and instantly updated in PeakWMS, so your warehouse team knows which orders to prioritize.
Use AI to automate warehouse integration
Everything you and your customer service team can do manually in the PeakWMS widget, Herodesk can also do automatically using AI.
Whenever a customer submits a new question, Herodesk can analyse it using artificial intelligence, and then, based on what the customer wants, automatically execute one or more events in PeakWMS, such as:
- Change the order priority between 1 (most important) and 10 (least important)
- Put the order on HOLD if something needs to be changed before it’s shipped
- RELEASE the order if it is already on hold but can be released, packaged and shipped now
All of this is available in Herodesk now.
