One of the features that most of our customers use multiple times daily is the ability to attach one or more files to the messages they send.
Let’s be honest: Our old implementation wasn’t super user-friendly.
With this update, we are changing that, as you can now drag and drop files directly from your computer into the message field in Herodesk to attach them to a message 🥳
This update also includes other improvements to how attached files are handled in Herodesk:
- Hover an attached file to see a preview of them.
- Updated the list of attached files to give an easy overview of everything attached.
- One-click removal of attached files.
Since almost all our customers use this daily, we consider it core functionality, so this big upgrade is available to all Herodesk users on all plans.
